You have 30 days to initiate a return from the date you receive your item. If you receive your order more than 30 days after ordering, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be new, unused, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging to be accepted. You should also include your receipt as proof of purchase.
