RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days to initiate a return from the date you receive your item. If you receive your order more than 30 days after placing your order, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be new, unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging to be accepted. You should also include your receipt as proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for any return postage costs incurred.
Return Conditions
A product is considered defective if it has a technical problem and is delivered to the customer.
Inaccurate product description: if the online description of the product is inaccurate.
If the color of the item is different from the online description, the product is incorrect.
Incorrect product quantity
If the quantity of the product delivered is different from the quantity ordered, you are entitled to a return and refund.
We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds for any SALE ITEMS. This is a final clearance process.
Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We will email you a return label and provide further instructions if your return is approved. We must accept returns for items that have been submitted with a prior return authorization request.
Full-Priced Items
We offer returns/refunds for full-priced purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the refund will be less the original shipping cost paid.
Exchanges
Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We cannot exchange online.
REFUND POLICY
We always strive to provide prompt service, but sometimes a customer may need to return an item, cancel an order, or qualify for a refund. The following refund policy is intended to provide consumers with detailed information on when and how to return items. If you wish to receive a refund, you must read the Refund Policy and follow its instructions.
Return the order
Although we strive to satisfy every customer, returns are occasionally required. Customers have the following options to return their purchase to handmake if they are not satisfied with it.
Merchandise must be returned, unopened, within 30 days of delivery.
This product is not custom made. Inquire via email at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding our product customization process.
Refund method
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will email you to let you know if your refund has been processed. If your request is successful, your money will be reimbursed to the card you used to make the initial purchase. Remember that it may take additional time for the refund to be sent to your account once it has been processed by your bank or credit card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation of Order
You can cancel without penalty if you change your mind about a purchase within 24 hours.
Order cancellations are not possible after 24 hours or if we have already started processing the items for shipment.
This policy does not apply when
Goods obtained using promotional campaigns. The old days of bartering are over.
The product is not used properly, has lost labels or is exposed to, or rubbed against, hard enough objects, causing the product to be scratched or damaged.
