Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (Central Standard Time)

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.

Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.

Delivery Time

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 7-15 business days from the date that it is placed.

Shipping method

To accommodate your needs, our selection of available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and the size of the item(s) purchased.

We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.

Shipping cost

The costs for standard shipping are $6.99 for all orders.

Delivery issues

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control

In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility.
